Michael S. Stocknoff, P.E, formed A & M Engineering Services, Inc. in 1991. Mike’s goal was to provide home buyers with an honest assessment of the property they are considering purchasing. We evaluate the property as if we were purchasing the property ourselves and we provide recommendations for repairs that will fix a problem.  Our Inspection Report is a detailed transcription of the inspection with a list a recommendations that include: Major Repairs, Minor Repairs, Maintenance Items and Cosmetics Items.  No check lists are used. We believe this provides our clients with a complete picture of the property.

Mike has over 40 years of experience in construction and engineering.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Lic. # 24GE03292700, and Pennsylvania, Lic. # PE035344, a licensed Home Inspector in New Jersey, Lic. # 24G100025300, an ASHI Certified Inspector #211005 and a New Jersey Licensed Radon Measurement Specialist, Lic. # MES 10007. Mike is a graduate of the City College in New York and has taken continuing education courses at Penn State University, Rutgers University, and Camden County College and graduate courses at the City University of New York and Rutgers University.

A & M Engineering Services, Inc. is a family business. Mike’s daughter Stacy has been an employee for over 5 years. Stacy is our Environmental Manager. Stacy is a licensed Radon Measurement Technician and has taken several courses on mold and mold testing thru IESO.
