Expert Witness Report and Testimony

A & M Engineering Services, Inc. provides expert investigations, analyses, reports and testimony where technical and scientific answer are needed to help resolve civil litigation and insurance claims.

Our services help resolve disputes as a result of home inspection where our client believes they did not receive the proper standard of care or when the inspector failed to identify a defect and its significance.  A home inspection is to be performed in accordance with either state law or following a national standard.  A & M will review the inspection, determine whether there are deficiencies, provide a written report and if necessary provide expert testimony.

A & M provides expertise in disputes with homeowners and their builders or contractors.  All work performed by a builder and/or a contactor is to meet applicable national, state or local codes.  A & M will review the work provide, determine if there was a failure to meet codes, provide a written report and if necessary provide expert testimony.

A & M also provides accident analysis such as trip and falls.  We inspector the site of the accident, determine the defect, determine what could have been done to prevent the accident, provide a written report and if necessary provide expert testimony.
